Event shuttles are exclusively organised for the period of the FIFA World Cup™ to serve the FIFA Fan Fest.

Drop-off is located in ulitsa Zakrutkina (улица Закруткина) between pr. Teatral'nogo (пр. Театрального) and pr. Krasnoflotskiy (пер. Краснофлотский).

Special busses with several stops along the way will be made available for disabled guests. There will be accessible viewing areas located in front of the Gorky Theatre. Entrance via G1.

Lost something at the FIFA Fan Fest? Visit the Lost & Found at the FIFA Fan Fest located at the main entrance. Hours of operation correspond to the opening hours of the FIFA Fan Fest.

Be prepared and keep your stuff protected. Lockers are made available free of charge. The lockers are located at each entrance. Hours of operation correspond to the opening hours of the FIFA Fan Fest.

An information desk is located at Pereulok Soborny 20, 5th floor (переулок Соборный).The staff will provide you with useful information regarding the programme as well as information about infrastructure, transportation and other services provided at the FIFA Fan Fest. The information centre opens daily from 9:00am until 6:00pm
