Panini Digital Sticker Album powered by Coca-Cola hits two million users

  • Panini Digital Sticker Album welcomes two millionth player in three weeks

  • More than 193m stickers in circulation

  • Russia 2018, the third men's edition of the album, proving to be most popular yet

In the space of just three weeks since the first pack was opened, an incredible two million players have signed up to take part in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Panini Digital Sticker Album which is powered by a partnership between FIFA, Panini and Coca-Cola.

Fans around the world are clamouring to fill their books with the faces of stars set to take to the field in June and have already uncovered a staggering 193m stickers. But only a slender few have been lucky or savvy enough to enjoy the delight of seeing its pages fully filled, with just two per cent (41,500) of users reaching the finish line so far.

With 32.6m swaps having already taken place though, players are doing all they can to grab those hard-to-find stars to fill the virtual holes in their digital collections. Over 19m codes scanned and 374,000 online challenges completed, in return for more packs to open, are only helping fans get closer to their goal.

Coming back for its third men's World Cup, having made its debut at South Africa 2010 and returning by popular demand during Brazil 2014, Russia 2018 is proving to be the most popular edition yet, attracting more unique users by this stage than either of its predecessors. Most users are ensuring they have their album with them at all times, too, with 1.7m of them opting for the official Panini Sticker Album app on iOS and Android.
