The Trinidadian-born artist performed the hit "I like to move it", the song which features in the Be Active #Bringthemoves campaign that is being run jointly by FIFA and the World Health Organisation (WHO) during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. The campaign is spreading the message that young people need 60 minutes of exercise daily to live healthy lives. Sherrie Silver, the award-winning Rwandan dancer and choreographer, opened the show, compered by FIFA's Honey Thaljieh, by leading a workout onstage for thousands of fans in attendance at the FIFA Fan Festival.

The Mad Stuntman will also perform "I Like to Move It" at halftime during the two FIFA World Cup semi-finals, as part of the campaign to get young people moving. During the matches between Argentina and Croatia on 13 December and France and Morocco on 14 December, the Be Active message will also be shown on LED boards around the pitch and on stadium big screens, while team captains will wear Be Active armbands.

FIFA and the WHO have been working closely together since signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2019. With more than five billion viewers worldwide, the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ is an ideal opportunity to spread educational messages about health. Universal Health Coverage Day, organised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) every year on 12 December, is a call to leaders to make smarter investments and accelerate efforts towards “Health for All”. The principal behind it is that everyone everywhere has access to quality healthcare whenever they need it without suffering financial hardship.
