The Player Registration & Transfer Data Department is responsible for the regulatory framework and oversight of player registrations and transfers within FIFA.
Enquiries regarding the technical status or progress of a player transfer in the FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS) should be addressed via the TMS Help Centre for registered TMS users or contact the TMS Helpdesk at TMShelpdesk@fifa.org.
Enquiries of a regulatory nature regarding the interpretation or application of FIFA Regulations may be addressed to regulatory@fifa.org.
