Following the landmark entry into force of the new FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) in January 2023, FIFA will organise an open online conference on 4 April to present their key principles, explain their application in practice and answer questions from the audience. The webinar will be live-streamed on FIFA.com with simultaneous interpreting into French and Spanish available.

This webinar is a key opportunity to further promote open dialogue with all stakeholders on such a key matter as the FFAR, with the ultimate objective being to provide practical insights into their implementation and the many benefits they have for football as a whole.

FIFA also published the “Frequently Asked Questions” today (FAQ), containing various questions and answers in relation to the FFAR and a document entitled the “Reform of the regulatory framework for agents: context, problems and solutions”. This document explains the current problems of today’s transfer market in relation to agents, and how those problems are being addressed in the new FFAR.
