FIFA provides different avenues for reporting safeguarding concerns. The following avenues are available for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland 2026.

FIFA takes a zero-tolerance approach to any form of harassment, abuse or exploitation. All reports of incidents or concerns will be handled confidentially in line with our statutory rules, codes of conduct and internal guidelines.

Any incident or criminal activity requiring urgent and immediate attention must be reported directly to the Polish Local Authorities in first instance.

Once the local authorities have been informed, please report the incident to the FIFA Competition Safeguarding Managers (see contact details below) to ensure the necessary action related to the competition, is taken.

The members of the Safeguarding Team speak several languages. However, you can request to have a translator or, if you are a member of a Team Delegation, you can seek assistance through your Team Safeguarding Welfare Officer (TSWO) or Team Liaison Officer (TLO).

FIFA also provides a dedicated and secure web-based whistleblowing service so that individuals can report any safeguarding incidents or concerns. Users can attach supporting documentation and create an anonymous postbox that allows them to correspond confidentially with FIFA, without submitting personal information.
