Barcelona stun PSG, Dortmund advance

Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund joined Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in next week’s quarter-final draw for the UEFA Champions League after claiming victories in their Round of 16, second leg, matches on Wednesday, with the action sure to live long in the memories of many football fans for years to come.

In one of the most remarkable evenings in UEFA Champions League history, Barcelona overcame a four-goal deficit from the first leg, and an away goal in the second leg, to defeat Paris Saint-Germain 6-1 at Camp Nou for an improbable 6-5 aggregate victory. In Germany, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang found his scoring touch to lead Borussia Dortmund to a 4-0 second-leg win over Benfica for a 4-1 aggregate success.
