The Arena Im Allerpark, Wolfsburg can accommodate up to 26,067 spectators. Built in 2002, the stadium cost around €53 million to construct and boasts a translucent roof which, in the future, will be able to extend around the entire stadium.
The stadium is home to Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg and has played host to a number of UEFA Cup and Champions League matches in the past, while the German men's national team beat Canada 4-1 here in July 2003. As well as football matches, the ground also stages regular concerts, with previous performers including Anastacia and Elton John.
