New Zealand’s only covered stadium, Dunedin’s striking stadium is known by locals as ‘The Glasshouse’. The stadium became the city’s major sporting venue when it opened in 2012. Host to numerous major international concerts, the stadium is a regular rugby union venue and has also hosted rugby league matches. The stadium featured during the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup and hosted its first FIFA World Cup qualifier in 2017 when the All Whites faced New Caledonia.
