The Canadians win gold for the first time
First ever Women's Olympic Football final to be decided on penalties

A new Women's Olympic Football Tournament champion has been crowned in Yokohama. Canada will be top of the podium for the first time after they defeated Sweden 3-2 on penalties after the match finished 1-1 after 90 minutes and extra time.
