Korea Republic 2017 starts all-out ticket sales on 16 March

Following the Official Draw for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Korea Republic 2017 on 15 March, the latest ticket sales phase for the tournament is set to kick off on 16 March with an exclusive Visa pre-sale period. Hospitality Products (table seats and Skyboxes) are set to go on sale alongside individual match tickets.

The Local Organising Committee (LOC) will begin its all-out ticket sales phase, reflecting the results of the Official Draw, from 11.00 local time (3.00 CET) on 16 March.

Individual ticket prices vary from 7,000 KRW to 50,000 KRW depending on their category. A single ticket during double-header matchdays will allow fans to attend both games at a single stadium, a policy that is expected to be welcomed by supporters. All group stage matches, two round of 16 matches in Incheon, and the Playoff for Third Place and the Final in Suwon will be played as double-headers.

Additionally, table seats with food and beverages, and skyboxes with the finest catering and tournament souvenirs are predicted to be popular with fans who enjoy something more alongside the match itself.

Disabled supporters can get a 50 per cent discount, while groups over 11 people will receive 30 per cent off and groups of 4-11 people will enjoy a 15 per cent discount.

Korea Republic 2017 will also adopt mobile ticket sales for the first time in FIFA tournament history, having considered the high concentration of smartphones in the country. This system will hope to relieve the inconvenience of fans receiving their tickets and set a precedent for future tournaments.

From 16-22 March Visa, the preferred payment method of the FIFA U-20 World Cup Korea Republic 2017, is pleased to offer Visa cardholders exclusive access to purchase individual match tickets before tickets go on sale to the general public on 23 March. Visa will be the only payment method accepted during the pre-sale period.

Ticket purchasing channels can be found both online (Korean:, English: and offline (at host cities headquarters). Tickets will also be available in stadium ticket offices on matchdays.

In recognition of Visa’s valued sponsorship, the FIFA U-20 World Cup prefers Visa.
