individual awards at this year's The Best FIFA Football Awards will be handed over from the 2018 incumbent to a fresh title-holder for 2019. The winners for last year's awards for The Best Men's and Women's Player and Coach Awards, as well as the winners of The Best Goalkeeper (now The Best Men's Goalkeeper) and the FIFA Puskás Award, are not in the running to pick up a title in Milan, so 2019 will see a changing of the guard. Two of the finalists, Cristiano Ronaldo (Men's Player) and Sarina Wiegman (Women's Coach), have been named The Best before, but not since 2017. We will also have a first-time winner for The Best FIFA Women's Goalkeeper - with Christiane Endler, Hedvig Lindahl and Sari van Veenendaal in the running to pick up the coveted inaugural award.
