How to get there
Driving Directions & Parking*
Location of the FIFA Fan Fest: Sovetskaya Square. Obey traffic and law enforcement as you approach the FIFA Fan Fest. Traffic restrictions can be expected in the city centre on the following streets accessible to pedestrians only:
Ulits Volgogradskaya (улиц Волгоградская) and Kommunisticheskaya (Коммунистическая), both from ul. Volgogradskaya (ул. Волгоградская) to prospekta Lenina (проспекта Ленина)
Rabochaya (Рабочая) from Kommunisticheskaya (Коммунистическая) to ul. Sovetskaya (ул. Советская)
Ul. Sovetskaya (ул. Советская) from ul. Demokraticheskaya (ул. Демократическая) to ul. Serova (ул. Серова)
Prospekt Lenina (проспект Ленина) from ul. Sovetskaya (ул. Советская) to ul. Polezhayeva (ул. Полежаева)
L'va Tolstogo (Льва Толстого) from ul. Polezhayeva to the parking lot on Kommunisticheskaya (Коммунистическая)

Due to traffic restrictions on days with matches taking place in Saransk (16, 19, 25 and 28 June) it is recommended to travel by public transport, which will be available free of charge. See below for directions to specific public parking lots.
The parking service is available 24 hours a day. The car can be left in the parking lot overnight. All public parking spaces are accessible for people with reduced mobility. From public parking lots, shuttle busses will depart regularly to and from the FIFA Fan Fest as well as to the stadium. Parking lots are free of charge.
All public parking spaces are designed for accommodation of cars and buses of all types.
1. Public Parking North
Address: Lyambirskoye Shosse (Север. Лямбирское шоссе)
Situated in the north of Saransk on the left side of the Lyambirskoye highway (Лямбирское шоссе) at the crossroads of Lyambirskoye highway (Лямбирское шоссе) and the federal highway P180
Accessible via Lyambirskoye highway (Лямбирское шоссе)
2. Public Parking East
Address: Situated on the Eastern Bypass, not far from the village of Makaovka (Макаровка)

Multiple transport options are available serving the FIFA Fan Fest. Please note, during the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, special transport will operate in Saransk.

Event Shuttles
Event shuttles free of charge are exclusively organised for the period of the FIFA World Cup™ to serve the FIFA Fan Fest. Event shuttles mainly operate on days with matches taking place in Saransk.

Trolleybus No. 5 (also stops at Bol'nitsa №5 (Больница №5) and zh/d vokzal Saransk (ж/д вокзал Саранск)) - operates also on regular days
Public Parking North – city centre
S1 operates daily (also stops at the stadium)
Public Parking East
S9 operates daily (also stops at the stadium)
The route between stadium and FIFA Fan Fest will be turned into a pedestrian zone.

Due to traffic restrictions only accredited taxis get access to the FIFA Fan Fest area.
