FIFA President Gianni Infantino attended the last two FIFA Arab Cup 2021 matches in Doha on Saturday, as well as the Qatar National Day celebrations. For the Final, he enjoyed the presence of Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani who has been a constant supporter of the tournament. Representatives of the FIFA Council and delegates from several member associations were present to witness host country Qatar win the bronze medal, and Algeria defeat Tunisia 2-0 to be crowned champions. AFC President Sheik Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and CAF President Dr Patrice Motsepe, were also present to witness their respective member associations in action.
