For The FIFA Fan Award, only votes submitted by FIFA.com users will be taken into account.

For The FIFA Puskás Award, which honours the best goal of the year, only votes submitted by FIFA.com users will be taken into account in order to identify the final three candidates, at which time a panel of experts will determine the winning goal.
