One of the PFF’s overriding objectives in the reform of its governance structures was to ensure that all football stakeholders had a voice and were fairly represented in decision-making processes. With this in mind, the PFF began the process with a comprehensive analysis of its football ecosystem, carefully evaluating the current status of each stakeholder within the Congress and the association’s other bodies.
